The HR Assistant role is available on a 9 month FTC basis.
As the HR Assistant you will work closely with the HR Team, supporting them in responding to employee queries via the HR Inbox.
Responsibilities include:
• Supporting the HR Coordinator with data entry for payroll, including updating ADP with all salary changes, job title changes, line manager changes and allowance changes. Creating relevant correspondence letters and emails and liaising with line managers to ensure the ac-curacy of correspondence going out is maintained.
• Respond to employee queries and questions that come to HR via the HR inbox and triage to the necessary team member.
• Supporting the HR team with the creation of letter template documents and HR policies re-views. This includes any new starter contracts, offer letters, onboarding paperwork and agreed Bonding agreements as required.
• Responsible for data entry work as and when required by the HR Data Analyst.
• Be the HR representative on the Cross Site Employee Representatives quarterly meetings (as directed by the HR VP) responsible for minutes and organise/schedule meetings.
• To support the HR team with the collation of Change of Status forms for payroll month end purposes and to work with the HR Advisors to draft letters to employees regarding changes in remuneration, etc.
