The Role

We are currently recruiting for a PMO Analyst to coordinate and support activities across the delivery of projects and programmes within the P30 team (Project, Programme and Portfolio Office)

As PMO Analyst, your role is to provide hands-on support and expertise for projects and programmes and supporting functions. Responsibilities vary but will include supporting the Head of P3O and Senior Planner in updating and maintaining project plans and documentation, tracking and reporting of performance, and coordinating and monitoring governance.

You will play a proactive role in supporting projects and programmes to apply the Draken standard programme and project management frameworks and tools and will also work with the P3O team to ensure that processes reflect best practice and build on learning from experience.

Key Responsibilities


• Keep project and programme schedules up to date and track status of programme/project deliverables and milestones through engagement with cross functional teams.

• Support adoption of project and programme management processes.

• Coordinate and produce project and programme reporting for programme and project leads.

• Support resource management reporting.

• Monitor status of projects and programme lifecycles.

• Review completed projects and programmes to identify good practice.

• Support continuous improvement of the P3O governance approach and services.

Experience / skills / qualifications

 Proficient in MS Project, Project Web App

 Proficient in administration of PowerBI reporting

 Proficient across suite of Microsoft 365 applications
